Booking & Payment policy

  • Customer will inform us of their preferred destination through our flight query form on our website.
  • After receiving the query form ,we will inform the customer of our best flight fare offer via e-mail or WhatsApp message .
  • If the customer agrees to our fare, they must deposit or online transfer entire fare to our authorized Bank account and send us the bank deposit receipt via E-mail or WhatsApp message. After receive payment Momentumtrip will issue customer flight ticked within 2 business day & send to customer by E-mail.
  • We are unable receive any cash transaction or credit transaction.

Flight Refund policy Momentumtrip

  • Momentumtrip maintains the airlines’ reissue and cancellation policy.
  • There will be a fee associated with airline refunds.
  • There will be an associated service fee
  • Travelers are recommended to confirm the Momentumtrip 72 hours before the scheduled departure date if they wish to cancel or reissue.
  • Refunds only apply to refundable travel services. For domestic flights and flights abroad, the refund amount may appear in your account 3 to 7 working days and 3-6 weeks after the date of application, respectively
  • The business will give you your money back in the exact same form that you paid with. When requesting refunds for any transactions made via Mobile Financial Services, the customer must pay a service/cash-out fee.
  • Flights on the same calendar date will not be subject to the payment void policy.

Monetary policy

Momentumtrip  follows the airline’s reissue and cancellation policy. All service providers charge a service fee, which is not refundable. The service fee is what the customer has to pay in exchange for the support, benefits and services received from the online platform. Note that:-

  • There will be a fee attached to the airline’s refund.
  • There will be a corresponding service fee
  • Travelers are advised to confirm Momentumtrip 72 hours prior to the due date if they wish to cancel or reissue. In this case, a no-show fee may be charged as per airline policy
  • Refunds are only applicable on refundable travel services. Refund amount for domestic flights and overseas flights can be displayed in your account within 5 to 10 working days.
  • The company will return your money to you in exactly the same way you gave it. The customer must pay a service/cash-out fee when requesting a refund for any transaction made through mobile financial services.
  • Flights on the same calendar date will not be covered by the payment cancellation policy.

Policy for Cancellations and Void

  •  When it comes to refunds and cancellations, we always adhere to the airline’s refund policy. The airline is the only entity with the authority to modify any policy. The airline’s policy is outside Momentumtrip’s authority.
  •  Please send us an email at info.momentumtrip@gmail.com with any questions about refunds, cancellations, or date changes.
  •  The relevant Customers  is responsible for paying the additional amount if the airline raises the ticket price during the booking time; if not, we will reimburse the money that was paid. We won’t charge you for cancellations or voids.
  •  The difference in airfare plus an adult date change fee, along with any other fees imposed by airline policy, will be the new charge for the ticket in the event that the date of the ticket is changed or reissued for a child who will be turning 18 on the new travel date.
  •  Flights operated by low-cost carriers like Indigo and Air Arabia are exempt from the void policy.
  •  Domestic check-in counters close one hour prior to the flight time, while international counters close one and a half hours before the flight time.

No Responsibility for Future Sales

Customers are responsible for paying for any fees incurred if immigration denies them entry to a country, imposes fines for fraudulent visa or passport issues, or for any other reason.
