The following terms and conditions regulate the contract between Momentumtrip and you, the customer. You accept their terms by making a reservation with us. Before making a travel reservation with us, please take the time to thoroughly read them to be sure you understand them.

 

Documentation for Travel
You are accountable for the accuracy and validity of your passport, which must be valid for at least six months, as well as any applicable visas. Any failure in this regard will not be Momentumtrip’s responsibility. Your entire name must appear properly on your passport; if not, we cannot be held responsible for any delays or transportation issues that may arise. In addition, we strongly advise purchasing travel insurance ahead of time to protect against any potential mishap.

Reservation

  1. Within 48 hours of receiving your tour inquiry, one of our travel advisers will start creating an itinerary based on your preferences.
  2. A 30% deposit of the tour’s total cost must be paid at the time of booking. We will guarantee your reservation as soon as we receive your money. However, depending on the costs of the suppliers—hotels, airlines, etc.—bigger groups will require a larger deposit.
  3.  To minimize disappointment, we strongly advise that you reserve your tour at least 60 days before the date of your choice of departure. Forty-five days before the departure date, the full amount must be paid. In high season, you could be asked to pay the whole amount due in advance or pay a larger deposit to guarantee your stay.
  4. A confirmation letter containing your suggested flights, accommodations, and a thorough itinerary will be sent to you after the reservation is confirmed. Momentumtrip retains the right to make changes and present you with comparable options if any conditions change after your confirmation.
  5. Certain promos may have special conditions. Kindly consult the detailed terms and conditions displayed alongside the promos.

Payment

You can pay by:

  1. Wire transfer (bank transfer).
  2. Credit card (online payment link  )

Flight Refund policy Momentumtrip

  • Momentumtrip maintains the airlines’ reissue and cancellation policy.
  • There will be a fee associated with airline refunds.
  • There will be an associated service fee
  • Travelers are recommended to confirm the Momentumtrip 72 hours before the scheduled departure date if they wish to cancel or reissue.
  • Refunds only apply to refundable travel services. For domestic flights and flights abroad, the refund amount may appear in your account 3 to 7 working days and 3-6 weeks after the date of application, respectively
  • The business will give you your money back in the exact same form that you paid with. When requesting refunds for any transactions made via Mobile Financial Services, the customer must pay a service/cash-out fee.
  • Flights on the same calendar date will not be subject to the payment void policy.

General Cancellation Policy

*This Policy does not apply to products with a separate cancellation policy.

The cancellation fee will be calculated as follows:

1) No less than 45 days prior to the scheduled departure date: 15% of the full payment per person;

2) 45 to 15 days prior to the scheduled departure date: 30% of the full payment per person;

3) 14 to 7 days prior to the scheduled departure date: 50% of the full payment per person;

4) 6 to 0 days prior to the scheduled departure date: 100% of the full payment per person;

5) Additional cancellation fees, if applicable, imposed by service providers other than Momentumtrip (which may include but not be limited to banks or other payment platforms, airlines, cruises, hotels, railway companies, etc.) will be deducted from the money to be refunded.

Traveler substitutions are considered reservation cancellations and are subject to the above cancellation fees.

After the trip commences, we are unable to refund any amount for unused services due to your early departure, late arrival, or missed days on tours. The unused services include but are not limited to hotels, air or train tickets, meals, and admission fees.

Some promotions have their own specific cancellation policy. Please refer to the particular cancellation rules attached to the promotions.

Changes to the Itinerary

Changes can be made at no cost before your confirmation. Any changes to the departure date or location after the itinerary has been confirmed may result in cancellation fines. All modifications are contingent upon availability and cannot be assured.

Although we make every effort to provide all excursions as specified, we reserve the right to alter your itinerary if changes to the flight schedule, overland transportation, or uncontrollable circumstances necessitate it. Any changes to the tour price in such a case will be computed and billed or reimbursed appropriately. You will be responsible for any additional expenses if you make any change requests.

Liability Restrictions

Momentumtrip and its connected businesses have tightly limited responsibility. Momentumtrip disclaims all liability for any wrongdoing or carelessness on the part of any third party that is not directly owned or run by Momentumtrip, including suppliers of air, sea, and land transportation, sightseeing tours, cruises, and hotel accommodations. By using the providers’ travel services, you consent to hold them accountable for any mishap, harm, property loss, or personal loss to you or your companions, for which Momentumtrip or any of its representatives will not be held liable.

Momentumtrip disclaims all liability for any harm, death, or property or person damage, delay, or inconvenience associated with the provision of, or failure to provide, any goods or services caused by or resulting from, but not limited to, acts of God or force majeure, acts of war or civil unrest, insurrection or revolt, strikes or other labor activities, criminal or terrorist activities of any kind, overbooking or downgrading of accommodations, mechanical or other failure of airplanes or other means of transportation, or for any transportation mechanism to arrive or depart on time, hygienic issues, lack of medical attention, or any other cause that is not directly under Momentumtrip’s control. Momentumtrip shouldn’t accept accountability for the theft either  loss of your valuable items caused by your negligence.

Momentumtrip disclaims any liability for your noncompliance with customs laws.

Although Momentumtrip is not liable for any criminal activity or client behavior that is deemed illegal by the laws of the nation visited, it is required to offer the best possible investigative support to the clients and the appropriate legal offices when needed.

Momentumtrip maintains the right to cancel the tour before it leaves at any time, change the itinerary to something of a similar caliber, or replace hotels with ones of a comparable caliber. Momentumtrip is responsible for providing a complete refund of the money paid if a tour is canceled before it begins. Momentumtrip, however, typically won’t until compelled to do so by unanticipated events. Momentumtrip is not liable for such airline ticket cancellation fees, therefore if you buy an airline ticket independently, be sure to ask your agent to specify the terms under which the ticket is provided.

Momentumtrip retains the right to upgrade the program price in the event of cost increases brought on by adjustments to airfares, cruise fares, currency fluctuations, taxes, or fuel surcharges, or to rectify promotional or pricing errors at any moment. Please be aware that not all sites and museums are open year-round. Momentumtrip retains the right to rearrange the cities and/or the sightseeing order if doing so allows you to see all of the activities in the list. In either scenario, the itinerary’s content will be preserved to the greatest degree feasible, and there won’t be any reimbursements for any excursions that aren’t used or accessible.

Trekking, climbing hills, entering and leaving tombs and caverns, boarding and ashore from boats, and other activities that call for extra caution and attention are all included in many of our vacation packages. All activities are done at your own risk, although our personnel will be helpful and offer helpful advise. After its employees and agents have performed their duties and taken the appropriate precautions, Momentumtrip and its agents and employees disclaim all liability for any action or incident that takes place.

Health Concerns

Any physical, emotional, or mental conditions must be disclosed in writing to us at the time of booking or before, as they may necessitate the use of specific equipment and expert care while traveling. If you need a tiny, foldable wheelchair for the duration of your trip, you will need to bring your own. Please be aware that not all of our excursions, locations, or points of interest are accessible by wheelchair. Please speak with your travel advisor before making your reservation. Furthermore, wheelchair assistance is not always guaranteed in foreign countries. Momentumtrip retains the right to turn away any traveler whose health, safety, or enjoyment may be impacted by their condition, at our sole discretion. 

We apologize that women travelers who are six months or more pregnant cannot be accommodated. The risks of traveling abroad and the health regulations in the places you intend to visit should be considered. Verifying the safety and security regulations, vaccination requirements, and other health requirements of the countries you plan to visit or transit through is entirely your responsibility.

Insurance for Travel

A Momentumtrip travel expert will advise you of the possible risks of harm and injury related to your holiday and tourism activities before you make a purchase and leave your house. Before departing, travelers have a responsibility to make sure they are suitably and sufficiently insured for the length of their trip, covering a variety of annoyances like misplaced or damaged luggage, delayed flights, medical evacuation, hospital treatment, and any cancellations.


Momentumtrip Tours disclaims all liability for any monetary losses or hardships incurred by travelers who fail to obtain sufficient or any kind of travel insurance, as well as for any personal injuries, harm, property losses, or damages sustained by travelers during travel and tourism activities as a result of events outside of Momentumtrip Tours’ control.
This includes, but is not restricted to:

  1. Theft or loss of cash, documents, bags, or other goods (including consignments);
  2.  Theft or fraud involving banks or credit cards; 
  3. Unexpected incidents (such as air, land, or marine accidents); 
  4. Unexpected illness, disease, or Changes or delays that are outside Momentumtrip Tours’ operational staff’s control;
  5. Terrorist attacks or terrorists’ actions;
  6.  Natural catastrophes; and
  7. Any other situation beyond Momentumtrip Tours’ control.

Force majeure

We regret that in situations where the risk or threat of war, riot, civil unrest, industrial dispute, terrorist, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, unfavorable weather, transportation-related technical issues, airport or port closure or congestion, airline cancellation or change, and similar uncontrollable events prevent or affect the performance of our contractual obligations, we are unable to accept liability or provide any compensation.

 

Claims and Complaints

To help us give you a better experience, please notify your tour guide or personal travel adviser whenever you are dissatisfied with our service.

Please contact us by phone or email no later than 15 days following the conclusion of your tour if you would like to make a complaint or a claim for reimbursement. To support your claim, you must include documentation and receipts. Please be aware that claims submitted more than 15 days following the tour will not be accepted by Momentumtrip.
